Hello everyone, welcome to Powergenx!

In this hot summer, our body loses a lot of water due to sweat, which can cause dehydration, tiredness, and stomach problems. To stay active and safe, drinking enough water—at least 2 to 3 liters a day is important.

You can also drink nimbu paani (lemon water), coconut water, or other natural drinks that help keep your body cool and fresh. Avoid drinking too much tea or coffee, which can worsen dehydration. Include fruits like litchi, mango, bel (wood apple), and kakdi (cucumber) in your diet, as they help boost your energy. Stay away from spicy food during summer because it increases body heat. Be careful of heat strokes, which can be dangerous.

Try not to go outside between 12 pm to 4 pm, as the sun is very strong during that time. But if you must step out, wear cotton clothes, apply sunscreen, and cover your head. For fitness lovers who work out outdoors, avoid exercising in the afternoon. Always carry water with you, take EAA (essential amino acids), and drink ORS or other electrolyte drinks to replace the minerals lost through sweat. Also, take care of your hygiene and skin, as infections are common in this weather—use talcum powder to stay fresh.
