Two new elected Trinamool Congress MLA’s Sayantika Banerjee and Rayat Hossain wants Biman Bandyopadhyay, Speaker of the state Assembly, to administer the oath and not the Governor C V Ananda Bose. Both the leaders have sat on a protest outside the Bengal Assembly for the same.
