In this interview, Doug Isenberg of GigaLaw talks about the Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP) with two guests from the Canadian International Internet Dispute Resolution Centre (CIIDRC): Barry Penner, Managing Director of the Vancouver International Arbitration Centre, of which CIIDRC is a division; and Ina Ergasheva, CIIDRC's assistant director.

CIIDRC is the newest UDRP service provider and also provides services under the Canadian domain name dispute policy (CDRP) for .ca domain names.
