WHOLE FOODS SHOP WITH ME VEGAN HAUL | BUDGET-FRIENDLY

What’s good family? it’s your brother Abdul, I am back with a brand new video. In today’s video whether you go shopping in the store or shop online with Amazon fresh I will be showing you what it’s like shopping in Whole Foods. Shopping for vegan food can be a bit challenging but now they made it so easy for us you can find almost all your vegan items. A lot of us have kids and they love hot dogs and cheeseburgers for the Holidays so I’m showing you what it’s like shopping for vegan food. One of my favorite things is Whole Foods bread since it’s vegan. Most bread may contain eggs or milk so always read the nutritional facts people. If you are not able to come out and go shopping you can get food delivered right to your door with Amazon fresh and still read the nutritional facts on your items. The delivery is fast. For free delivery, you must purchase items over $50 for family. These Whole Foods is located in New Jersey but I’m pretty sure you have one nearby. The vegetables are always fresh and they have great customer service. As you all probably know Amazon purchased Whole Foods so if you shop on Amazon you can get food delivered right to your door. I shop here most of the time but on occasions, I will run to HMART or Trader Joe’s for some spices. If you haven’t been to Whole Foods as a vegan brace yourself it’s incredible. They have a wide section of vegan foods that you can’t find anywhere else so I highly recommend it. Amazon purchased Whole Foods in 2017 for $13.7 billion, and the grocery chain currently employs roughly 95,000 people today. So if you haven’t been there it’s time to family and you won’t regret it. I will be doing more shop with me hauls showing you where I purchase some of my items to make it a little easy for you to be vegan or see what I get most of the time.
