Four nursing students from the University College of Northern Jutland, Denmark, spent four remarkable weeks at Nitte University. They explored healthcare, culture and compassion beyond borders. This visit was part of our international collaboration initiatives that connect students, educators and healthcare professionals from across the world. During their stay, Astrid, Caroline, Alberte and Cilly observed advanced maternal and child healthcare practices. They also immersed themselves in Mangaluru’s vibrant culture and experienced the warmth of Indian communities.
