Spend 20 beautiful minutes with the elephants as we share some moments in a day from the wilderness! Starting at sunrise, the herd walk through the bush, winding through the trees and bushes and Khanyisa gives her best attempt to keep up with those little legs carrying her fast and far! She walks with friend, Timisa and later is looked after by Klaserie and Bubi. She shows she can still fit under Bubi’s head, although not quite her under her stomach anymore!

Zindoga is a friendly young bull and loves to be with the young females in the herd. He spends time bonding over foraging with Timisa right beside him, as well as Khanyisa and Klaserie.

We love watching the social dynamics between the elephants and seeing their natural behaviours and personalities play out. In this video you’ll also see Fishan and the other members of the herd, and a few passing giraffe as the reserve’s wildlife roam freely all around the elephants.
