Seven Steps of Forgiveness

When something painful happens, people often say, “I’m sorry.” It’s hard to explain how the pain doesn’t stop—it keeps burning inside. What we truly need is help putting out the fire. Instead of asking why it started, the better question is how to put it out. Put out the fire by applying the seven steps of forgiveness.
