Ferran Adrià is considered as a master of the modern cuisine and one of the best chefs in the world, with 3 Michelin’s stars, the cooker has become a reference for a lot of others chefs who want to innovate at the kitchen. Magazines like "The Times" included the chef among the 100 most influential people in 2003 and in 2015. Japan awarded Ferran Adrià with the "Order of the Rising Sun", the highest distinction for foreign personalities in the country, for contributing to the dissemination of Japanese gastronomic culture and bringing it closer to Spanish culture.
