EuroVelo Cycle Tour from Poland to Croatia

From Kraków, Poland we headed west along the EuroVelo 4 cycling route (Central Europe Route) towards Czechia where we turned south for the rest of the trip. We switched to the EuroVelo 13 (Iron Curtain Trail) and the EV6 briefly as we crossed the River Danube at Bratislava in Slovakia, back on the EV13 again into Austria before going off piste for a while through Hungary and Slovenia. We crossed the River Drava at Varaždin and dipped into the EV14 somewhere along the way before passing through Zadar, the capital of Croatia, and eventually picked up the EuroVelo 8 (Mediterranean Route) which lead us to the finish on the coast at Zadar. 7 countries in total, around 1350km in 16 days.
