Hello, mini cooking lovers! Today in our Tiny Kitchen, we embarked on a charming culinary journey, making miniature crystal-clear Zongzi with a delightful Q-texture. This episode is a testament to the joys of miniature food real cooking, showcasing how even traditional dishes can be transformed in a real mini kitchen.

In our miniature dollhouse kitchen, the adventure began with finely chopping pork belly. The key to making mini food is in the details, and marinating the pork overnight with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, sugar, salt, cooking wine, and chicken essence was crucial for that depth of flavor.

Then came the challenging part: preparing the zongzi leaves. In our working miniature kitchen, we boiled the leaves and then carefully folded

them into funnel shapes, a skill I initially thought I had mastered just by watching tutorials. But as I learned in our mini cooking kitchen, watching and doing are two very different things! After a few attempts and some humorous mishaps, I managed to get the hang of it. I filled the leaves with pre-soaked glutinous rice, adding a savory touch with salted egg yolk and marinated pork.

The real working mini kitchen was filled with the aromatic essence of cooking, as we wrapped and tied the zongzi with string, making sure each one was snug and secure. The trickiest part in mini food cooking is often ensuring everything stays together, especially when working on such a small scale.

After the zongzi were neatly wrapped, it was time to cook them. In our mini cooking kitchen, we boiled them on high heat before simmering for two hours. To my delight, not a single one unraveled - a true mark of progress in the art of making mini food.
