It's tiiiiimeeee!! This is my second year doing Vlogmas. I'm very excited to share it with you. Today I'm taking you along with me during my morning routine, errands, the dentist, and just showing what a regular morning in recovery is like. Going to the dentist is scary and in recovery can be even scarier but please dont be afraid to go. Its definitely worth it. We are going to open the Lip Smacker Advent Calender Together with family too.

I want to show you that recovery is possible. My sobriety date is 3/18/16. We can enjoy and be grateful for even the little things in life. Our past doesn't define us, and it's okay to talk about it. Do what you need to do to help you heal. You never know who's heart you'll touch or who you'll help. We are not alone with the dark stuff we've been through and with the things we still go through in recovery. Everything is going to be okay. We can get through it together.
