DARTMOOR- First solo wild camping and cooking spicy Gurkha chiken Mushroom curry !

Join me on this solo wild camping adventure in Dartmoor, as the days are getting longer, I drove to Dartmoor after work and I really felt remote and peaceful after I hiked about 7/8 km from Meldon Reservoir car park.

I found a beautiful spot for camping by the river next to the woodlands ( Black-a- tor Copse ) and I set up a cosy camp with the ambient river sounds and birds singing in the background.

I cooked a spicy chicken mushroom rice from scratch with the relaxing and peaceful nature atmosphere. It was a delicious dinner and I truly enjoyed the food and solitude in the wilderness. I slept well and really loved the campsite so much, I took my time and stayed till next day for a late breakfast.
