Happy early anniversary to us! While in Polignano a Mare we HAD to experience the luxurious Grotta Palazzese cave restaurant, and what better reason than for our anniversary! This very well may be Italy's most romantic, luxurious, and expensive restaurant! After exploring the local caves and cliff sides with Pugliamare, we throw on the nicest clothes we have and head to Grotta Palazzese for the dinner of a lifetime! The ambiance and views do not get better than this!
