Since moving to Cairnryan, the ferry port at Stranraer has been abandoned leaving the town's only railway connection out on a limb at the end of a jetty. Does this area have any future? It appears that for now, no, it does not and that's a shame.

I go and have a look at what's currently there. Spoiler: it's not a lot.
