After watching this teaser trailer to Season 2 of The Rings of Power, we’re left intrigued to see where they’ll take the story, but still remain skeptical as to how they’ll honor the original text of Tolkien’s work, and what the true intention is of telling this tale. They seem to continue taking creative liberties…

We have characters we can invest in like Elrond, but then there’s characters like Galadriel that seem so different in nature to what’s in the books.

Is there still potential here? We cautiously but optimistically think so… What do you think?
