LUNA'S HOWL drops today in Destiny 2! Luna's Howl is the newest Hand Cannon in the INTO THE LIGHT Brave Arsenal (Blast Furnace also drops today, more on that later). Here's my official review of the new Luna's Howl, and its unique perk, Magnificent Howl! It's gonna go HARD in PVP and do respectably well in PvE (Incandescent / Heal Clip is hard to beat)
