Hello and welcome back to another episode of Pounds and Inches, our board game review series where we talk games, health and everything in between.

Today, we are announcing a slightly new format for our channel! We will be more consistently posting videos and not all of them will be just board game reviews. This video is one of those times where we will be talking about our 2018 and what went well. We will also be discussing what our plans are for 2019 and how we plan to lose weight and meet our health goals.
