Rebecca Gill presents VR Therapies for healthy ageing at the first IKSAD British Congress

A video recording of invited speaker Rebecca Gill at the inaugural IKSAD British Congress on Interdisciplinary Research and Practices. Rebecca spoke about her work at VR Therapies to tackle the challenges of the Ageing Society through the use of Virtual and Augmented Reality therapies.

The first IKSAD British Congress on Interdisciplinary Research and Practices took place at the Royal Society of Medicine HQ in London on June 27th. It featured invited expert speakers and panel discussions on the following themes:-

• The Power of the Mind and mental Health
• Big Data, AI, Preventative Healthcare, Chronic Health and Rehabilitation
• Global Health Perspectives
The event was live streamed into YouTube and Linkedin platforms.
This recording was produced using the Streamyard platform with video and audio captured from the OWL video conferencing technology and, in the case of remote speakers, their own webcams and audio technology. The videos are unedited and the sound/video quality is as experienced by the livestream audience.
