Arrma Kraton EXB 8s unboxing - Help me build a MONSTER

I just picked up the Arrma Kraton 1/5 EXB, and I NEED help building it. I'm pretty new to this, and have little idea about electronics, especially a build like this, so any help and advice would be appreciated.

I mainly want to attach a camera and possibly gimbal to this setup, but I like the idea of bashing it in the woods from time to time too.

1. I've heard a 1100kv motor would be a great way to go, I'm not sure what to go for between a Castle, Hobbywing or Spektrum.
2. The same goes for the servo, I've heard the 38kg in the RTR is too weak but not sure which one to go for.
3. The esc I was thinking of the Spektrum Firma 160A BL 3S-8S.
4. The controller kit, the Spektrum DX5C Smart DSMR, SR6100AT.
5. I have the Spektrum S2100 G2 charger and Spektrum G2 4s 100c batteries.
6. Any advice on tires, ones that don't expand when at high speeds?
