This is how I fold my flour sack towels when cloth diapering my boys. I did sew off all the bulky hems. So it makes it as little bit more trim fitting. And the other ones I also cut directly in half.

*found these flour sack towels at Target.
*use Alva pocket diapers
*hemp and bamboo inserts
*flour sack towels added as boosters for fast absorbency
