Pandan Matcha Latte because we love all the greens 😌

I love pandan and always think of it as a fragrance similar to coconut and vanilla—it pairs great with both! It’s one of my favourite southeast asian flavours and it’s a dream with matcha.

You need:
⊹ 2-3 cups plant milk of choice
⊹ 8-10 pandan leaves
⊹ 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste (optional)
⊹ touch of maple or coconut sugar, optional

Blend pandan leaves, vanilla and sweetener for 2 minutes on high then strain. Make a matcha latte as you normally would (how to in my free matcha guide) and sweeten to taste, if desired.
