Prost! Marketplace: Mouth Watering Food Cart Pods!

Prost Marketplace is a food cart pod in the north Portland part of the Boise neighborhood. It recently was featured on Netflix "Somebody Feed Phil." Located at 4233 N. Mississippi AVE Portland, OR. It's a collection of Super Street Food carts that numerous media, culinary and food shows have been raving about.

Portland is famous for their street foods and was declared one of the World's Best. People from all around will travel from the likes of a couple that drove up from San Diego, another couple from my home town of Seattle and many from all over the country.

It can be really busy and with the hot weather, the shaded areas are the prime seating locations. Also, food does run out and some carts close after they have sold out. Some shops were not open on the Sunday we went and visited.

We ordered from the following food carts:White Elephant PDX, Koi Fusion and Matt's BBQ. All amazing and highly recommended. Special thank you to Walts For the amazing Trip!! They were amazing tour guides!
