In Soho in London, the new Broadwick Soho hotel features really flamboyant, fun interiors by Martin Brudnizki, a brilliant rooftop bar called Flute (with a roof terrace looking towards the London Eye and BT Tower) and a fantastic Italian restaurant called Dear Jackie.

It's pricey - rooms start at around £600 a night - and features a private residents' lounge but no pool or spa. Here's a video tour and review of the hotel.
