Buffalo National River Float Trip | Ponca To Hasty 3 Days/2 Nights

In this adventure we are joined by our brother in law Jon to float/camp the Buffalo National River over a 3 day/2 night period. Jon was kind enough to take us down there and provide his kayaks for this floating excursion. Much thanks to him!

We put in at the Ponca access point and plan to float 31 miles over the course of 3 days ending up at the Hasty access point. However, this part of Arkansas had received a lot of rain recently and the Buffalo National River was at flood stage the day prior to us setting off. Let's just say it made for an exciting and nerve-racking experience. We hope you enjoy our floating adventure!
