1 jalapenos poked with cloves
1 Roma tomato
Parsley tied with thyme
2 1/2 Tablespoon of epis ( Haitian spice )
1 packet of sazon
1 Maggie cube
Tomato paste
Blue crabs with shrimp
Sour orange juice or lime juice
Beef
2 pack of frozen chopped spinach
