One of the things I enjoy doing is harvesting potatoes. When you dig the soil and potatoes come out like gems from the soil, it feels really good. I made this potato kookoo with these fresh potatoes. It's a simple, light, and delicious dish that can be served as a tasty dinner or a light lunch.

🔴 Ingredients for 4 servings:
4 Large Potatoes
1 Large Onion
2 Eggs
Salt, Black Pepper Powder, and Turmeric Powder as needed
