Key Features:
Ticket Booking: Book reserved, unreserved, and platform tickets. You can even get a 3% discount on unreserved and platform tickets paid via R-Wallet.
Live Train Tracking: Get real-time updates on train status, platform numbers, and expected delays.
PNR Status & Coach Position: Track your PNR and find the exact position of your coach.
Food Ordering: Order meals during your journey.
Grievance Redressal: Lodge complaints and provide feedback.
Journey Planning: Plan your trips efficiently.
R-Wallet Integration: Indian Railways' official digital wallet for secure and convenient payments with biometric or mPIN authentication.
Single Sign-On: Use your existing IRCTC, RailConnect, or UTSonMobile credentials to log in, eliminating the need for multiple passwords.
User-Friendly Interface: Designed for a seamless and intuitive user experience.
Multilingual Support: The app is expected to offer support in multiple languages.
