Neurodiversity in the Workplace webinar

Описание к видео Neurodiversity in the Workplace webinar

This webinar discusses the work we have been doing around neurodiversity and employment, bringing in and supporting neurodiverse staff, centred on the strategic partnership between Autistica and Fujitsu. If you're hoping to create an inclusive workplace that is welcoming to neurodiverse staff, this might be particularly useful for you.

We know that only 21% of autistic people in the UK are in employment, yet 77% want to work. Autistic people are the least likely to be in employment of any disability group. For a number of years, Autistica, in collaboration with the UCL Centre for Research in Autism and Education (CRAE), have been working with companies to create more inclusive workplaces. We have supported companies in recruiting and retaining neurodiverse talent as well as improving the wellbeing of autistic employees.

Speakers:
James Cusack – Autistica CEO
Craig Hall – Head of Corporate Charity Partnerships, Fujitsu
Paul Crayson – System Support, Fujitsu
Rob Loseby – Customer Solutions Architect, Fujitsu
Robin Dryden – Development Service Lead, Fujitsu
