Hello! We are Savannah and Lupe, and together, we founded Willow Investment Group!

At Willow Investment Group - Our focus is to simplify the process of commercial real estate investing, leverage our trusted network of commercial real estate experts, and ensure that everyone involved is knowledgeable about the process. We seek out high-quality investments through conservative underwriting.

At the beginning of 2020, after we welcomed our second daughter into our lives we became determined to find a way to create more time freedom. We started investing in real estate to generate additional income and to build wealth. After we started investing - we created a lot of interest from our friends and family, soon, people were wanting to invest with us in our deals. We didn’t know this at the time - but the term for this is a real estate syndication.

A real estate syndication allows individuals to pool their financial resources together to purchase properties much bigger than they could afford or manage on their own. These types of investments tend to offer higher returns with less risk involved. Now we own and manage real estate syndications not only to build wealth in our own lives, but in the lives of others like you.

We now have the privilege of partnering with people just like you in our real estate deals. We have the opportunity to help investors own real estate in the most passive way possible. I have personally helped dozens of healthcare professionals get started investing in real estate through syndications. We think it’s important for your money to be working just as hard as you do, which is why we are so passionate about sharing this strategy.
