-Introduces the NVA, who for the most part will be doing the same thing the other soldiers you've been fighting until now have been doing.

Also introduces the alternative ammo for the shotgun, power rounds, which blows things down quite well.

This will likely be the first area where you're likely to get lost on a first run, as trying to find the remaining tires you need can be frustrating if you're coming back after not playing for a bit, and can't remember what tires you've already gotten. Otherwise, the area you're FAR more likely to first get lost in will be the next chunks after this one.

Yes, you actually can choose to give your weapons to the shady individual, which will result in the first chunk of the episode resulting in a largely different manner. For purposes of saving time, I chose the other path, which is a minor time save, and also doesn't result you in having to re-obtain all your weapons.
