Coming back after a week off, I've been thinking a lot about what mentally strong people do & how I can become more mentally strong, increase my emotional, physical and mental balance. Motivating myself to be better, stronger and frankly more motivated. I started doing research into this topic of mental strength in an attempt to become more mentally strong, and I thought this might be an interesting video for my audience.
