The State of DEI: Navigating Challenges and Opportunities (A Culture First Chapter Event)

The #culturefirst community gathered for an engaging and thought-provoking virtual event where we dove into the latest groundbreaking research from Culture Amp.

Culture Amp's recently released report, titled "2024 Workplace Culture Report" is a treasure trove of knowledge. We are living in a vastly different world than from the last report in 2022. Economic strain and sociopolitical backlash seem to have caused organizations to take a troubling step back from DEI initiatives. In this report, they explore the latest DEI trends to understand the impact of decreasing investment in DEI, how this impacts employee engagement, and what organizations can do to make meaningful improvements that drive business impact.

This particular event was like a virtual book club with a twist. Whether you've read the report cover to cover or are just curious to learn more, this is an interesting discuss to watch and hear other perspectives on the report.
