ROSE is a digital platform entirely developed by Regas which, thanks to artificial intelligence, allows real-time monitoring of the performance of the natural gas network, its remote control and interaction with devices on the field.

ROSE is based on neural networks, big data from multiple sources, physical-mathematical modelling of gas transportation and feedback control algorithms.


ROSE predicts the consumption of each section of the network and constantly monitors the grid so that all the parameters reach and maintain the desired values, like the odorant level or flow rate and gas pressures, for instance.


For this reason, it represents a real paradigm shift that allows the upgrade from an occasional and underperforming control of the gas network to a digitalized, efficient and intelligent one.



ROSE is able to guide the modernization of the network, giving DSO precise indications on where to install devices and equipment in an optimized way, avoiding unnecessary installations.


It can also monitor the content of Odorant, Sulfur, Hydrogen and other compounds in the gas stream, that’s the case with biomethane injection stations, being an advanced tool to support the energy transaction and drive future scenarios, where the demand for flexibility will be ever greater.
