Скачать или смотреть From PROCULTHER to PROCULTHER-NET: European Capacities for Protecting Cultural Heritage at Risk

The PROCULTHER project, co-funded by the Directorate-General for European Civil Protection and Humanitarian Aid Operations in the framework of the Union Civil Protection Mechanism (UCPM) and developed from 2019 to 2021, has advocated for a paradigm shift on the importance of including cultural heritage protection in disaster risk management (DRM) process through the definition of common European technical and operational languages, tools, standard operating procedures at national and European level. This has set up the foundations for a deeper and longer capacity building process within the UCPM framework to ensure the sustainable inclusion of cultural heritage protection in DRM phases that will be carry out through the PROCULTHER-NET project in progress until June 2023. The PROCULTHER-NET project, deeply linked to the achievements of PROCULTHER, will consolidate its technical and operational approach, allowing to move from theory to practice and ensuring adequate learning processes through the creation of a dedicated thematic community within the Union Civil Protection Knowledge Network.
