Crumbling Brick Foundation - LA

This is a video of one of our Senior Assessors here at Alpha Structural going under and inspecting this old brick foundation.

We do plenty of foundation inspection every week in Los Angeles county. One out of every twenty or so appointments is a brick foundation. These brick foundations are some the oldest and most dangerous to have under your house. They're not bolted to the house, they are deteriorating more and more every year and they would completely crumble if an earthquake hit.
