This is a very classical idli made in the basket made of jackfruit leaves and made in many parts of India, coastal belts of kerala and also some pockets of Andhra Pradesh(east godavari and amalapuram). The faint flavour of the jackfruit leaves impart the flavour to the idlis and are also super easy to carry and dispose off lets see how to make it.

INGREDIENTS [2-3 PERSONS]
1.PARBOILED RICE - 2 cups
2.RICE - 1 ½ cup
3.PRESSED RICE - 1 cup
4.URAD DAL - 1 cup
5.METHI SEEDS - 1tsp
6.SALT - TO TASTE

METHOD:-
1.Soak parboiled rice, rice, pressed rice, urad dal, methi seeds for 2-3 hours, then grind it and ferment for 6-8 hours and mix with salt .
2.Take jackfruit leaves and shape it like as show in video, then then keep on steamer plates and pour the batter .
3.Cook on steam for 10-12 minutes.
4.Serve it with sambar and chutney.
