Pam's Jerky

We demonstrate a jerky recipe that has been in our family for several decades--quick, easy, and delicious! We have had many requests for this video and are pleased to finally bring it to you.

Products:
Magic Mill Food Dehydrator with 7 Stainless Steel

Jerky Recipe
A 3-5 pound boneless beef roast sliced thin
1 cup Worcestershire sauce
1 cup soy sauce
4 tsp black pepper
2 tsp liquid smoke
1 tsp dried onion chips
Soak meat strips in marinade overnight. Spread on dehydrator trays and process on high setting for several hours until dark and dry.
