She has done Executive Management programs related to HR and Business Strategy from IIM-A, ISB- Hyderabad, and XLRI. She is a Certified PPA (Thomas Profiling) Practitioner. She has been working with CIGNEX for over 16+ years. She believes that people should be the driving source of culture and values in an organization. In addition to her professional excellence, Ankita is active in supporting social causes by working closely with various NGOs and charities on child education and development.
