On the 28th of May 2021United States Army’s, General Austin Scott Miller was hosted at NKC, (New Kabul Compound) during Op TORAL General Austin Scott Miller was involved in the handover of the compound and on Friday 28th of May 2021, officially handed over the compound to the ANA (Afghan National Army) General Austin Scott Miller is a 4-star general in the United States Army and former Delta Force captain, currently serving as the commander of NATO's Resolute Support Mission. He previously served as the commander of Joint Special Operations Command
