We had the INCREDIBLE opportunity to train and climb with Lead Guide, Jessica Baker from Exum Guides on the Grand Teton. As both novice climbers, we learned so much in these two days. Alex had only been climbing for about 6 months and had been outdoors a handful of times, and Katie had only climbed once at a gym and never outdoors! Jessica shared so much helpful knowledge with us over the course of two days that made us feel so stoked and ready to attempt our one day summit of the Grand Teton!

The Exum Mountain Guides is a mountain guide service based in the U.S. state of Wyoming. The guide service was founded in the 1926 by Paul Petzoldt and Glenn Exum, for whom the Exum Ridge climbing route on the Grand Teton in Grand Teton National Park is named.
