So while on my Midwest Road Trip I stopped in Amarillo and discovered a restaurant I had never heard of, Bubba's 33. Although Bubba's 33 isn't a Texas native restaurant I still felt inclined to offer a review of the food and my experience.

Later I found out that there we're many of these great chains across the US, here's hoping I run into one again.

I hope you enjoy this food review cause I really enjoy doing them on my travels.

Now I'm hungry....
