Alfred is the secret boss in Real Bout 2. To fight him, you need to win every match 2-0, accumulate 750,000 points before defeating Geese and get either 7 S. Power KOs or 5 P. Power KOs (they do not stack).

As for the fight itself, Alfred has huge hitboxes and very fast dashes. If you press a button at the right moment he might dash right into your attack. He also has a very weird attack where he jumps and glides downward, but it's telegraphed pretty heavily and isn't an issue. AI in general often tries to use Guard Cancels, and Alfred in particular DPs when he does it, which is where you can catch him after a blocked low attack.
