Relaxing Hypnotic Journey to Twilight Dreams

In this 'Moment of Calm' I continue my hypnosis journey, and try an unscripted video. We visualise being in a realm of soothing dusky twilight and start with a gradual body relaxation exercise, and then move on to taking some steps to deepen your state of relaxation.
