The Doom Slayer returns! Doom Eternal was originally released back in March 2020 and has already become an FPS legend. It was my game of the year when the credits rolled and has remained my game of the year through 2020.

Now after months of patient waiting ID software has finally released the first of Doom Eternal's two part DLC, The Ancient Gods Part 1.

Doom The Ancient Gods features three new massive levels, new demons and some of the most difficult combat the Doom series has ever seen.

Is this Doom Eternal DLC worth its $20 dollar price tag? Or should the Slayer hang up his super shot gun? Find out in this review.

DOOM Eternal The Ancient Gods Part 1 was developed by ID Software and published by Bethesda. It is currently available for PS4, Xbox One, PC and will be coming to PS5 and Xbox Series X.
