Kusina ni Osting is a small eatery that only opens at night until dawn and it specializes in Instant Noodles and canned goods. This eatery has been here for around 10 years already. The cook (Ariel) is really famous to students who frequent here and he is dubbed as the fastest chef or the white chef because he always wear a white shirt at work.
