In this video we will see how to make chicken momos. We are also going to make momos chutney which is a red spicy chilli chutney which is the perfect combination for our chicken momos. Momos are a great appetizer / party snack. Momos can be steamed or fried but hey have to be served hot. Make sure that you roll the dough into a thin sheet otherwise the momos will have a tough layer. You can add minced meat and any chopped vegetables of your choice.

INGREDIENTS :
FOR MOMO SHEET :
FLOUR - 1 & 1/2 CUP
SALT - 1/2 TSP
OIL - 1 TBSP
LUKE WARM WATER AS NEEDED.

FOR FILLING:
CHICKEN MINCED - 150gm
ONION LEAVES - 2 TBSP
ONION CHOPPED - 2 TBSP
CORIANDER LEAVES - 1 TBSP
CHOPPED GREEN CHILI - 1 TSP
SALT - 1/3 TSP
BLACK PEPPER - 1/2 TSP
GARLIC PASTE - 1/2 TSP
GINGER PASTE - 1/2 TSP
CUMIN PASTE - 1/2 TSP

FOR CHUTNEY:
1 BIG SIZE TOMATO
3 RED CHILI
1 GARLIC CLOVE
2 VERY SMALL SIZE GINGER
SALT AS TASTE
WATER - 2 CUP
YOU CAN ALSO ADD HALF OF SMALL ONION IF YOU LIKE.
