Lathes make out of LEGO® are not very common, especially lathes in minifigure scale which have authentic functions! My MOC has a gearbox for the three jaw chuck and for the longitudinal feed. And you can also connect them with a simple transmission, so you have a working feed.

I know, some parts are rare and expensive in this colour, but you can use other colours of course! Be creative and build your personalized lathe! My lathe is also different, for the instruction I just took the colour which fits best, to have an authentic look.
