Golf Lesson: Creating A STABLE Impact And Exit With A Strong Grip (LIVE)

In this golf lesson with Cortland, we mainly addressed the matchups created by certain golf grips. In his case, creating a stable impact with a weak grip was challenging with the amount of bow in left wrist he was needing to produce shaft lean. This led to heel strikes, a few shanks, and high pulls with his wedges. After some coaxing, Henry and I were able to have Cortland experiment with a strong golf grip, specifically in the left hand. This immediately brought about a more stable, square club face and allowed us to then focus on better movement and creating more optimal dynamics for his swing. We pick up halfway through this lesson due to some audio issues which we apologize for. I hope you enjoy this lesson!
