On October 26, 1989, Los Angeles public broadcasting station KCET aired a half-hour documentary titled, "William Mulholland: The Dream Builder." Mulholland was a civil engineer who designed and supervised the construction of the Los Angeles Aqueduct. His career was ended by the collapse of the St. Francis Dam in 1928.


The program was part of a series of documentaries called the "Los Angeles History Project."
