Hello Everyone. Me and my husband decided to cook this exotic dish cause we’ve been craving for it for like months already. While we are buying stuff in the market, we passed by in the meat section and saw the pig innards. It’s a very lucky day! This recipe is best serve with rice (viand) and best as “pulutan” with iced cold beer or brandy.

GARLICKY PORK INTESTINE ADOBO

Ingredients:
1 kg pork intestine (cleaned and cut into smaller pieces)
1 bulb galic, minced (save the other half for later)
2 medium onion, chopped
1 tbsp ground black pepper
4 pcs bay leaves
1 cup soy sauce
/4 cup vinegar
3 cups water


🛑🛑Note: I typed wrong measurement of soy sauce in the video. Please use only one cup of soy sauce or you can add more depending on your taste.
